Registration is now open for restaurant participants at Whiskey Warmer Food & Whiskey Festival. Participants have the opportunity to showcase a signature dish or cocktail to 650 Williamson County whiskey enthusiasts, following the theme of "Whiskey-Inspired Southern Fare" and whiskey based signature cocktails.

Onsite Setup including tables, linens, lighting, sample cups, trash cans, and permitting are provided and set up for you.
RESTAURANT PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
CULINARY PARTICIPANT - $50 + (2) Restaurant Gift Cards (LIMIT 12)
Prepare and serve sample-sized portions of your signature dish for 650 people, following the theme of "Whiskey-Inspired Southern Fare". We encourage you to choose something easy to prep in bulk and finish on site. Each participant will be connected to a participating distillery to collaborate on a thoughtful pairing, or, optionally provide product for a whiskey infused element.
Two tables, linens, lighting, and trash cans are provided and set up for you.
Participating restaurant must provide their own samples, staff to serve the samples, and any implements needed to prepare and serve the samples, such as disposables, chaffing dishes, etc.
MIXOLOGY PARTICIPANT - $400 (LIMIT 4)
Prepare and serve samples of a signature cocktail utilizing whiskey as the base spirit. Each participant will be connected with a participating distillery to provide the spirit for their cocktail.
Spirit product + one table/linen + 3oz cups will be provided by event.
Participating restaurant/bartender must provide their own staff, mixers, garnish, ice and coolers for 650 samples.
Samples should be no more than ¼ of a legal drink. Cups provided are 3.5oz size. (Note: All recipes are different - meeting the 1/4 drink guideline is more important than filling the cup)
