Each restaurant showcases a signature cocktail using whiskey as the base spirit. You may be partnered with a participating distillery or use your own product. One table + cups + whiskey product (unless using own) will be provided by event. Vendor must provide their own staff, mixers, garnish, ice and coolers for 750 samples, served in 3.5 oz cups.
